I think every designer should have to work on a CSR or equivalent large corporate book. I learned so much about creating a cohesive system, from type styles to color hierarchy to chart design. Hess had a beautiful existing brand identity, so my job here was to translate it into a book design. It went through many many iterations and many legal reviews and at the end of it all I think I was a better designer.
