Personal Stylist 2023
Macy’s Personal Stylist is a free personal shopper service that was doing well but had the potential to drive more sales. Data showed that most customers didn’t know the service existed, so my team was tasked with designing a campaign that could be rolled out online and in-store. We created a photography style of a “helping hand” offering a jacket on a hanger, a shoe, a handbag. We kept the existing hanger+m icon (so cute) and used red throughout to tie the program back to the overarching Macy’s brand. This simple but elegant solution was instantly recognizable and helped raise awareness for a great service.
